Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients’ well-being and recovery.

Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. • Observe, collect, and record patient biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, and self‑care data; formulate nursing diagnoses, and measure progress.
• Implement age‑appropriate care plans in collaboration with physicians, patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Administer medications with precision for patient safety.
• Manage chronic ventilator patients, including emergency interventions.

Shift: Casual Part‑Time, Nights

Required

• Oregon RN License
• AHA BLS within 30 days
• ACLS within 6 months
• One year of RN experience or Current RN with CHI Mercy Health
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing

Preferred

• BSN
• PCU and/or ICU experience
• PCCN

$53.22 – $74.35 /hour
