Position: Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner at RecruitWell LLC Roseburg, OR

Overview

Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner at Recruit Well LLC in Roseburg, OR. Seeking a passionate medical provider to deliver exceptional urgent care services, diagnose and treat diverse conditions, and ensure prompt, effective, compassionate care.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive medical care for acute illnesses and injuries.
  • Perform thorough examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Interpret diagnostic tests, including blood tests, urinalysis, EKGs, and radiographs.
  • Prescribe and manage medications, therapies, and other specialized medical care.
  • Collaborate closely with primary care providers and specialists for continuity of care.
  • Provide health education and counseling to patients and families.
  • Maintain meticulous, up-to-date patient records.
  • Contribute to development and refinement of clinical protocols and best practices.
  • Act as mentor and role model for nursing and support staff.
  • Adhere to highest standards of medical ethics and professionalism.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the organization.
Qualifications
  • Valid medical license in any state with ability to become licensed in Oregon.
  • Board certification in a relevant specialty (Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, etc.).
  • Advanced proficiency with medical software, electronic health records, and telemedicine platforms.
  • Exceptional clinical skills for urgent care cases.
  • Strong communication skills, empathetic patient care, and swift decision-making in fast-paced environment.
  • 3 years experience preferred, local ties to area.
  • Open to Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or NP.
Schedule

Schedule 3 days, 12-hour shifts - days TBD; must be open to working weekends when needed.
