This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role located in Roseburg, OR. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients' conditions, create personalized treatment plans, and provide hands-on care to improve mobility and overall well‑being. Additional responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, educating clients on exercises and wellness strategies, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes. This position allows for a holistic approach to patient care through a combination of therapeutic techniques and wellness programs.

• Proficiency in physical therapy evaluation, treatment planning, and therapeutic practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient interactions and team collaboration
• Experience or interest in providing holistic care, such as wellness programs and coaching
• Flexibility in delivering both in-clinic and mobile physical therapy services
• Valid Physical Therapist license and eligibility to practice in the state of Oregon
• Commitment to staying updated with the latest practices and advancements in physical therapy
• Preferred:
  Experience in holistic health approaches or wellness program development
