Job Summary and Responsibilities

• Observe, collect, and record patient biophysical, psychosocial, and self‑care data, identifying educational needs.
• Analyze assessment data to formulate nursing diagnoses and implement age‑appropriate care plans with the team.
• Administer medication.
• Ensure patient and staff safety.

Shift: Casual Part‑Time, Nights

• Oregon RN License
• AHA BLS
• ACLS within 6 months
• 2400 hours within the last 24 months as an RN in acute care
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing

• BSN
• TNCC, PALS, and/or CCRN
