The Opportunity

• Seeking Emergency Department/Urgent Care Center physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
• ED/UCC experience preferred.
• New grads with strong emergency or paramedic/EMT experience will be considered.
• Current national certification, DEA, and ACLS are preferred.
• Current OR state license is a plus.

The Practice

Mercy Medical Center – Roseburg, Oregon

• Level III Trauma Center with 110 beds serving about 80,000 lives in a large, beautiful geographic area of Southern Oregon.
• State-of-the-art 26-bed Emergency Department that sees 42,000 annual ED patient visits.
• Excellent backup specialists including a Stroke Program with a 24/7 Cardiology Department.
• New Sonosite Edge ultrasound, Glidescope (adult and pediatric), and iCare tonometer.
• This is a teaching facility with family practice residents. Medical and PA students rotate in the ED.
