Early Literacy Instructional AssistantHours: 7.25 hrs per day / 4 day work week
The role of the Literacy Instructional Assistant is to provide instruction and support with language arts objectives to small groups of K-2ndgrade students. Applicant will perform a variety of paraprofessional duties related to classroom instruction for the purpose of tutoring students in small literacy/language groups and perform other related duties as required or assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS- High School Diploma or the equivalent, Associates Degree, 2 years of College or the equivalent.
- General clerical skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with children and adults.
Salary range: $17.70 - $21.16 per hour, depending on experience.
