FIRST AID & CPR INSTRUCTOR (POOL) – Faculty Part-Time
The position of First Aid & CPR Instructor is a pooled position and applications will be reviewed on a as-needed, on-going basis.

As the Part-Time First Aid & CPR Instructor
, you will work with an exceptional and caring team of trainers and coordinators at Umpqua Community College. Helping others make a difference in the lives of total strangers or close family members begins and ends with proper First Aid & CPR training. Join the UCC Community Training Center team to help others learn a valuable lifesaving skill. Training Center instructors provide instruction in American Heart Association First Aid, CPR and AED courses and conduct skill reviews.

Responsibilities- Provide instruction in American Heart Association First Aid, CPR and AED courses and conduct skill reviews as part of the Community Training Center team.
- Collaborate with trainers and coordinators to deliver high-quality training and support participants’ learning outcomes.
- Maintain current certifications and comply with applicable accreditation and safety standards.
- Health Care Provider or First Aid/CPR Provider Certification, required (training available).
- Health Care Provider or Basic Life Support Instructor Certification, required (training available).
- Prior teaching experience with youth or adult learners, preferred.
