ADVANCEMENT COORDINATOR

The Advancement Coordinator at Umpqua Community College plays a central role in advancing the college’s mission by building meaningful relationships across the community. This position manages initiatives that strengthen connections with alumni and donors, support fundraising efforts, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the advancement office.

Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with alumni and donors to support fundraising efforts.
- Coordinate advancement activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Contribute to planning and execution of outreach initiatives and events.
- Collaborate with college offices to advance fundraising and engagement goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business administration, a related field, or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in advancement, development, alumni relations, or related areas within higher education or nonprofit organizations
