Senior Alarm Panel Configuration Operators
Location:
Heldekruin Roodepoort
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Senior Alarm Panel Configuration Operator(s) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in configuring and troubleshooting alarm panels and security systems.
Minimum Requirements- Grade 12/Matric or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in configuring alarm panels and security systems.
- Certification or training in alarm panel configuration is a plus.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of various alarm panel brands: DMP, Risco, DSC.
- Previous experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with alarm panels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Configure alarm panels and security systems based on customer requirements.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with alarm panels and security systems.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on alarm panels and security systems.
- Train and mentor junior configuration operators.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding alarm panel configurations.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements in alarm panel technology.
