An established SME is looking to appoint a part-time Senior General Manager / Operations Lead to take full day‑to‑day control of the business. This is a hands‑on operational role, reporting directly to the owner, and not a CEO or entry‑level management position. Fractional or interim (3 days per week) for a 3‑month fixed‑term contract.

• Run daily operations independently
• Be the first escalation point for staff, HR, and operational issues
• Manage line managers and sales execution
• Protect margins, delivery timelines, and operational discipline

• 10+ years' senior operational leadership in SMEs
• Strong background in operations, logistics, production, distribution, or FMCG-support environments
