As a Porter, you are responsible for vehicle movement within the property. Occasionally, you will shuttle vehicles outside of the property as well. will also direct traffic throughout the facility. This involves communication with team members for deliveries and pick-up of vehicles and materials.

The pay rate for this role starts at $16.50 per hour based on experience.

• Moving vehicles throughout the property daily.
• Shuttle vehicles to and from locations as requested.
• Direct delivery traffic as needed.
• Assist in receiving vehiclesn
• Ensure vehicles are ready to enter or leave the shop when designated.
• Maintain organized storage lots, ensuring vehicles were parked as designated.
• Assist with directing non-company delivery drivers.
• Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service’s DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision.

• Valid Chauffer's License with an adequate driving record.
• Must be a self-starter.
• Must be a reliable team player.
• At least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED.

• Ability to get in and out of all sizes of vehicles.
• This position is performed both inside a garage and outside so weather conditions may include extreme heat and cold.
• 75% of the time this position will be completed while walking and standing. 25% of the time this position will be completed while sitting.
