We are currently seeking a Logistics Representative to work in our Romulus Product Development facility.
Responsibilities- Inventory Management: oversee tracking components/parts including receiving, storing, and organizing materials.
- Implement best practices to minimize errors, damages, and losses.
- Oversee shipping of components locally, nationally, and globally.
- Address any delays promptly and implement corrective actions.
- Effectively communicate with the team addressing concerns with shipments.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Logistics / Commodity Representative.
- Experience with DHL and Fed Ex procedures.
- Experience with international shipping.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Continuous standing, walking, bending.
- Valid Chauffeur driver's license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma.
- Self‑starter, able to work independently and with a team.
- Great communication skills (orally and written).
- Familiar with an ERP system.
- Computer literate; MS Office Suite experience.
