Job Description

As a Parts Delivery Driver at Interstate Trucksource
, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering parts to customers within our service area. You will play an essential role in ensuring that our customers receive the right parts, on time, and will help build positive relationships with our clients by offering excellent service.

• Safely deliver parts to customers’ locations in a timely manner.
• Load and unload parts accurately and ensure all parts are delivered in good condition.
• Verify delivery orders and ensure parts are correctly packaged and labeled before leaving.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including delivery logs and customer signatures.
• Communicate with the parts department and customers regarding delivery status and updates.
• Provide excellent customer service by offering friendly and professional interactions during deliveries.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure the delivery vehicle is in good working condition.
• Assist with parts inventory and organization at the dealership as needed.
• Maintain a clean driving record and comply with all local traffic laws and safety regulations.

• Must be over 21 years of age (required by insurance).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive large trucks or vans safely (CDL not required).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize parts and paperwork.
• Ability to lift and carry parts (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks.
• Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Previous delivery driving experience preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of heavy-duty truck parts is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and follow directions.
