Maintenance Technician
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support ongoing production operations. This role is ideal for a reliable, detail-oriented individual who is committed to maintaining equipment efficiency and safety.
Responsibilities- Work closely with the production team to meet operational requirements while maintaining production equipment
- Respond promptly to equipment issues, communicate downtime concerns, and follow all safety protocols during repairs
- Perform maintenance on robotic electrical systems, update programming logic as needed, and provide shift handoff updates
- Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical and hydraulic equipment, including pumps, motors, and bearings
- Monitor and maintain required spare parts inventory
- Inspect and review mold changes to ensure accuracy and safety
- Assist with new equipment setup, installations, and cycle time analysis
- Troubleshoot systems, make parameter adjustments, and oversee mechanical repairs during assigned shifts
- Minimum of five years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance role or equivalent
- Two-year certification in Multi-Craft or Industrial Technology preferred
- Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, PLC, and mechanical systems
- Experience performing motor changes, electrical testing, component replacement, and system overhauls
- Familiarity with standard maintenance tools, equipment, and devices
- Ability to work overtime as needed to complete maintenance assignments
