You'll monitor performance metrics, address conflicts, and partner with HR to handle recruitment, training, and disciplinary matters. Beyond daily operations, you'll focus on strategic leadership-setting long-term goals, aligning budgets with company vision, and driving profitability. Regularly, you'll analyze project plans, implement process improvements, and stay current with industry trends and technologies. Communication is key: you'll present financial and performance reports to the President, collaborate with the Board, and ensure compliance with all regulations.
Ultimately, your day is a balance of tactical oversight and strategic direction, ensuring both immediate productivity and sustainable growth.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 8 years in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, compliance standards, and industry regulations
Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage cross-departmental operations
Strong Excel skills
Regional travel flexibility for meetings, site visits, and conference
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Background in manufactured homes or shipping containers
Bachelor's degree in business management or industrial engineering
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
