Home Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers in Romulus, MI. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life.

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks and errands to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
• Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by supervisors.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided.

• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background checks and meet company screening standards.

• Competitive pay ranging from $14.00 to $19.00 per hour, paid twice a month.
