Key Responsibilities- Greeting and assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations in a warm and efficient manner.
- Secure payments, verify billing details, and process adjustments as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Maintain high-quality service standards to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Anticipate guest needs and implement creative solutions to exceed expectations.
- Uphold brand standards and company policies while ensuring a welcoming and well‑organized front desk environment.
- A positive, problem‑solving mindset with a passion for guest satisfaction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software is a plus.
