Get Staff is an independent recruitment agency based in the heart of Portsmouth, specializing in temporary and permanent staffing solutions across the UK within the Driving, Mechanical & Electrical, and Engineering sectors.

• Safely operate a Class 2 vehicle to deliver and collect skips from various locations.
• Ensure correct loading and unloading of skips, following all safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections, including customer signatures and any relevant documentation.
• Perform daily vehicle checks, reporting any defects or maintenance issues promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients during deliveries and collections.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines, ensuring the safe transport of materials.

• Valid HGV Class 2 (C) licence with a clean driving record (no more than 6 penalty points).
• Experience in skip or waste management driving.
• Ability to operate a Class 2 vehicle safely and efficiently, including reversing and manoeuvring in tight spaces.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers.
• Must hold a valid Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (DCPC Card).
• Must hold a Digital Tachograph card.
