We are looking for caring people to join our fabulous team as a Support Worker or a Care Assistant. Full training and support will be given.

Range is provided by Liaise. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

• 12-hour day shifts – 8am to 8pm
• 42 hours weekly
• Every other weekend included

• Using the training provided, assist those we support by helping with daily tasks.
• Be there to support in day‑to‑day life; such as social visits, family visits and also days out to some great, local attractions.
• Keep paperwork up to date to ensure everything is captured for each person who lives in the home.
• Work positively with colleagues, families and external organisations to assist in supporting those who live in the home.

• A basic understanding of care is beneficial, but no formal experience is required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Takes pride in working with vulnerable people and takes safeguarding responsibilities seriously.
• Effective decision making and judgement.
• Strong planning and organisation skills.
• Achieves all Health & Safety standards.
