What you will do:

• Case Management:
  Oversee a caseload of five families, including 15-20 children, ensuring personalized, dedicated support.
• Mentorship:
  Provide guidance and mentorship to ASYE Social Workers, supporting the development of up to five practitioners.
• Safeguarding:
  Apply sound knowledge of legislation concerning the journey of the child and safeguarding, influencing better outcomes for the children and families you support.
• Practice
  
  Education:
  
  Although preferred, employ your expertise as a Practice Educator to foster an environment of learning and development.
