We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our team, working on social housing repairs and maintenance projects across East London and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities- Carrying out electrical repairs, maintenance, and minor installations within occupied social housing properties
- Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults efficiently and safely
- Completing all work to a high standard in line with current regulations
- Providing excellent customer service to tenants and clients
- Accurately completing job reports and compliance documentation
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition (BS7671) qualification
- Clean UK driving licence
- Previous experience in social housing or domestic maintenance (preferred)
- Good fault-finding skills and a proactive, professional approach
- Competitive salary of £40,000
- Company van and fuel card provided
- Stable, long-term work within social housing
