Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Advisor to join our team at Euro Car Parts Ltd., located in Greater London. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, providing product recommendations, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key tasks include generating sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining product knowledge, and achieving sales targets. This role requires on-site presence and offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing business.

• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Proven customer service expertise, with a focus on delivering outstanding experiences
• Sales skills and an understanding of sales techniques

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Passion for the automotive industry and knowledge of automotive parts is a plus
• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is advantageous
