Retail Manager – Automotive Sales

Salary: £30,000 basic + OTE £60,000

We’re seeking a results-driven Retail Manager with a strong track record in automotive sales to take charge of sales operations and inspire a high-performing team.

Proven Automotive Sales Executive background (minimum requirement)
Strong financial & commercial understanding
Ability to inspire and motivate colleagues to exceed potential
Demonstrated success in driving finance and add-on performance
Excellent organisational, communication & interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work within a team towards shared objectives and personal goals

• High-achieving Sales Executive, Sales Controller, or Business Manager experience

You’ll be leading a team to exceed sales, finance, and add-on targets while ensuring exceptional customer service at every step. This is a fast-paced, commercially focused role where your leadership will directly impact performance.
