We're a loud, fast-paced, positive team, based in the centre of Romford. We want someone who is going to come in, pick up the phone, and match our energy. You'll be negotiating constantly between dealers and lenders, securing the best deals for our customers.

We deal with personal individual and businesses looking for car and van lease deals, from Fiat 500 to Porsche 911, you will deal with it all.

£25,000-£30,000 Salary (depending on experience) + Commission

Experience
  • Sales: 1 year (required)
Requirements
  • Must have at least 1 year or prior sales experience, candidates without this will not be considered.
  • Positive & driven attitude
  • Automotive experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to multi-task and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good computer skills, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Professional telephone manner and exceptional communication skills.
  • Driven to provide excellent customer service and have a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Desire to build a successful career in the motor industry.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a customer portfolio for both business & personal customers.
  • Discuss customer requirements & provide suitable solutions.
  • Generate new business opportunities.
  • Ensure all customers are contacted in a timely manner.
  • Keep all customer records updated & accurate.
  • Hit agreed-upon KPIs.
  • Understand & take accountability for FCA Guidelines.
