Are you passionate about delivering exceptional standards of cleanliness and patient care? We are looking for a Deputy Domestic Manager to join our team at Queen’s Hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in maintaining a safe, hygienic environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

About the Role

AsDeputy Domestic Manager, you will:

Support the Domestic Manager in leading a team of around 200 staff.
Ensure compliance with National Specifications for Cleanliness and Trust policies.
Deliver training and guidance to domestic assistants and supervisors.
Drive high standards of hygiene and customer service across all areas.
Monitor performance, implement improvements, and champion best practices.
Contribute to achieving KPIs, budget targets, and patient satisfaction goals.

What We’re Looking For

Recognized cleaning qualification (BICS, NVQ or equivalent).
IOSH or NEBOSH certification.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Experience managing large teams in a healthcare or similar environment.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to deliver practical training and manage change effectively.
