We are seeking a caring and committed Personal Care Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming special school in Romford

As a Personal Care Teaching Assistant
, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Supporting pupils with personal care needs, including toileting, dressing, and feeding where required
• Assisting students during lessons to help them access learning and engage with activities
• Working one-to-one or in small groups to support individual learning and development targets
• Supporting pupils with mobility around the school in line with care plans
• Helping to manage behaviour positively and promote emotional regulation
• Assisting with classroom preparation and adapting resources to meet SEN needs
• Working closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to deliver high-quality education and training
• Ensuring pupils feel safe, supported, and encouraged throughout the school day
