Overview

We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Specialty Doctor in Urology to join the team at Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust. This full‑time post will be based primarily at our new Elective Surgical Hub at King George Hospital, with additional cross‑site responsibilities at Queen's Hospital.

• Under consultant supervision, contribute to the clinical care of patients in your charge and for the proper functioning of the department.
• Deliver a high‑quality responsive surgical service to patients within agreed competencies.
• Be responsible for providing appropriate inpatient cover to patients as required and under supervision.
• Undertake the administrative duties associated with the care of patients and the running of a clinical department.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge of current surgical practice.
• Maintain your professional development with all available training opportunities and ensure compliance with mandatory training.
