A rapidly growing electrical contractor specialising in large-scale residential developments is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join its expanding estimating team. • Preparing accurate electrical tenders for residential developments
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation
• Producing detailed take-offs and pricing schedules
• Managing multiple tenders concurrently
• Engaging with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing
• Supporting commercial reviews and value engineering exercises

• Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator within residential construction
• Strong knowledge of electrical installations for residential developments
• Ability to work to tight deadlines across multiple bids
• Commercially astute with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
