A rapidly growing electrical contractor specialising in large-scale residential developments is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join its expanding estimating team. Key Responsibilities:

* Preparing accurate electrical tenders for residential developments

* Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation

* Producing detailed take-offs and pricing schedules

* Managing multiple tenders concurrently

* Engaging with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing

* Supporting commercial reviews and value engineering exercises

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator within residential construction

* Strong knowledge of electrical installations for residential developments

* Ability to work to tight deadlines across multiple bids

* Commercially astute with strong attention to detail

* Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
