Location: Romeoville, Illinois

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator candidates in the Romeoville, IL area. Join our growing team in Romeoville! We’re looking for reliable, motivated individuals to fill Warehouse Associate and Forklift Operator positions.

• Load and unload materials within the warehouse or storage facility
• Perform a variety of tasks including picking, packing, scanning, kitting, and counting products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace in alignment with 5S standards
• Utilize a barcode scanner and warehouse management system (WMS) to track and process inventory
• Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team
• Operate powered industrial trucks and order pickers to safely move, lift, stack, and transport products, equipment, and materials
• Use a handheld scanner with a high level of accuracy to track inventory and orders
• Load and unload trailers and staging areas as needed
• Follow and maintain 5S standards, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
• Show a strong commitment to process excellence and continuous improvement
• Understand and adhere to Supply Chain quality policies and procedures
• Perform inbound receiving processes, including verifying, sorting, and storing materials

• Previous warehouse experience or previous reach truck forklift experience.
• Consistent and relevant work history

1st shift – Material Handler 6:30am-3:30pm – $17.25/hr
1st shift – PIT Operator 3pm-11pm – $21/hr
2nd shift – PIT Operator 3pm-11pm – $21.50/hr
