EPJ/Reach Operator - 1st & 2nd Shift
Company: RJW Logistics Group
Available Shifts & Pay Rate- A Shift (Monday–Thursday) 5am–3:30pm – $18/hr
- B Shift (Wednesday–Saturday) 5am–3:30pm – $18/hr + $1 shift differential
- C Shift (Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri) 5am–3:30pm – $18/hr
- D Shift (Tuesday–Friday) 4pm–2:30am – $19/hr + $1 shift differential
- E Shift (Sunday–Wednesday) 4pm–2:30am – $20/hr

Operate forklifts safely and efficiently; handle freight inbound/outbound, maintain warehouse area, load/unload trucks and trailers, ensure proper staging and documentation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Assist Warehouse Manager with efficient operation.
- Operate sit‑down forklift and/or walkie‑rider.
- Use computers and handheld RF equipment.
- Load and unload RJW trucks/trailers and outside carriers safely.
- Work 10–12 hour shifts when necessary and handle heights.
- Pick and move stock from 1‑50 lbs.
- Ensure correct staging and loading.
- Maintain orderly stacking and housekeeping.
- Process outbound cross‑dock freight.
- Store stock properly and move product into storage racks.
- Use warehouse operations sheets to pick customer orders.
- Verify shipment accuracy against paperwork.
- Complete documentation and paperwork properly.
- Follow OSHA regulations and RJW safety policies.
- Wear seatbelts at all times when operating forklift.
- Complete daily forklift maintenance inspections.
- Handle customer products properly and orderly.
- Check deliveries for damage and report issues.
- Report accidents, incidents, or damages immediately.
- Spot trailers to maintain yard organization.
- Maintain dock access free of debris.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Sense of urgency, accountability, minimal supervision.
- Read, write and understand English.
- Attention to detail and quality.
- Strong communication and problem‑resolution skills.
- Flexibility for overtime and coverage.
- PC skills helpful.
- Experience with sit‑down forklifts/EPJs.
- Build pallets and break down stock for orders.
- Cross‑dock freight experience.
- Fast‑paced warehouse environment.
- 3‑6 months forklift driving experience with sit‑down forklifts and EPJs.
- Good stable work record.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Warehousing certifications preferred.
