Marquette Management Inc., , is looking for a Maintenance Technician in Romeoville, IL. The maintenance position plays a key role in providing residents with a clean, well-maintained living environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, general repairs to apartments and common areas, vacant apartment preparation, snow and trash removal, emergency repairs, cleaning, landscaping, ordering supplies, record keeping, accepting deliveries, and moving appliances.
The ideal candidate will have previous maintenance experience, preferably in the apartment or hotel industry, with excellent customer service skills and basic computer knowledge. Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and apartment turns is required.
HVAC or EPA Universal Certification is a plus! Availability for on-call duties and flexibility to work weekends when necessary is also preferred.

The starting wage ranges from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience, with daily on-call and renewal bonuses.
