CNC Maintenance

At WALCO Tool & Engineering, we build high precision components – and we rely on great people to keep our machines performing at their best. If you enjoy solving problems, working hands-on with CNC equipment and being the go-to expert when machines need attention, this role is for you.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machines and machining centers
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
• Diagnose hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical issues
• Support general facility maintenance as needed
• Jump into action when machines are down – you ll be a key player in production success
• Ability to physically life/push/pull objects up to 40 lbs.

• 5+ years of CNC maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills and logical problem-solving
• Knowledge of CNC machine design and operation
• Experience with PLC/CNC systems and test equipment
• Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with the team

• $32-36/hour, based on experience
• 6:00 a.m to 2:30 p.m.
