Job Summary
The Fulfillment Coordinator assists the Operations Team in carrying out all duties related to Receiving, Putaway, Inventory Control, Replenishment, Picking, Packing, Auditing, Productivity Tracking, and Shipping.
Essential Job Functions- Process (wave, print / organize paperwork and labels) customer orders.
- Run stock reports to check for product availability.
- Generate all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer work orders, checking all orders for special requests, and post inventory records.
- Research aging orders and provide updates to the Operations Team.
- Complete productivity tracker (where applicable).
- Follow up with other departments to ensure service standards are being met.
- Assure proper invoicing of accounts by verifying computer-generated invoices.
- Maintain damage records and back-order logs.
- Handle returned merchandise in an efficient manner and assure proper credit is given.
- Oversee all paperwork associated with orders and maintain corresponding files.
- Prepare reports concerning customer service activities.
Maintain current and accurate procedure book detailing processing requirements for each account. - Answer phone calls and operate various types of office machines and computers necessary to perform duties.
- Greet customers and visitors to the office.
- Coordinate special or last-minute shipping requests.
- Maintain inventory accuracy. Perform inventory audits, record results, and measure trends.
- Complete billing per required company process.
- Track and trace orders as required.
- Duties, responsibilities, and activities may be assigned or changed from time to time.
- High School Diploma/GED and/or equivalent experience.
- Experience working in a warehouse or similar environment; prior experience within inventory, wave planning, or customer service is helpful.
- Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
- Ability to follow procedures and work instructions; strong attention to detail preferred.
- Effective and professional communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to operate office machinery and computer systems (such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows) and learn additional software systems.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication).
