Our Residential Service & Generator Installation Manager will need to be available from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm
. You'll be in charge of supervising our service and installation technicians and ensuring they perform high-quality work while following company policies.

This management role plays a huge part in our success, as you'll set production goals for your team and delegate assignments to maximize efficiency. You'll review work orders to check content and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction. You'll also support employee development by training staff, leading regular meetings, and conducting constructive performance evaluations.

• Residential electrical service experience, including installation, repair, and maintenance
