• Starting Wage: $34.15 per hour
• PLUS $3.40 per hour hero pay

• Nights - 7p-7a
• Full Time position includes rotating weekends and some holidays

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, their families, and visitors to foster a positive, healthy healing environment.
• Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well-being of patients.
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team including giving direction and assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.

• Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) License Required; current CPR-BLS certification required
• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher
• A high level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well-being
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, innovative care
• You are a team player, dedicated to supporting your team members and getting the job done
