Project Estimator

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Estimator located in Romeo, MI. The Project Estimator is responsible for creating accurate construction estimates, managing project costs, preparing budgets, and developing comprehensive project assessments. Day-to-day tasks include gathering project requirements, collaborating with team members and stakeholders, analyzing data, and ensuring cost efficiency throughout project planning and execution.

• Proficiency in Cost Management and Budgeting to manage financial aspects of projects effectively
• Strong Construction Estimating and Project Estimation skills to create accurate and detailed project costs and resources assessments
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present estimation findings clearly and professionally
• Ability to evaluate data, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to ensure project feasibility and cost control
• Proficient in using specialized estimating software and tools
• Previous experience in construction project management is desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
