Nurse America is seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical Step-Down Registered Nurse for an immediate night shift assignment. This role is ideal for an RN with strong telemetry and step-down experience who thrives in a fast-paced acute care environment.

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric step-down patients

• Monitor cardiac telemetry and respond to changes in patient condition

• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies safely

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams

• Maintain accurate documentation using facility EMR systems

• Ensure patient safety and adherence to hospital protocols

• Active RN license (state license details provided upon submission)

• 1 2 years of recent Step-Down and/or Telemetry experience

• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required

• Experience with
  Paragon EMR and Pyxis preferred

• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
