Job Title: Registered Nurse – Endoscopy (ENDO RN)

Location: Rome, NY 13440

Duration: 13 week Travel Contract

Shift: 4 × 10-hour shifts | 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM | Monday–Friday

• One weekend day of on-call coverage

• 40 hours guaranteed per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care for patients undergoing endoscopic procedures, including ERCP

• Prepare patients pre-procedure and monitor during and post-procedure recovery

• Assist physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures

• Administer moderate sedation and monitor patient response per protocol

• Maintain a safe and sterile procedural environment

• Document care accurately and timely per facility standards

• Participate in on-call coverage as scheduled

Required Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Recent Endoscopy nursing experience

• Proven experience assisting with ERCP procedures

• Ability to work scheduled shifts and on-call requirements

Current Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior travel nursing experience

• Experience in high-volume endoscopy units

Distance Requirement:

• Candidates must reside 50 miles or more from the facility
