Job Description/Responsibilities:
On Site Support & Troubleshooting
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
Provide hands on support for network equipment, cabling, and basic infrastructure components.
Perform break/fix repairs, part replacements, and warranty coordination.
Installations & Deployments
Install, configure, and upgrade end user devices and applications.
Support site rollouts, equipment refreshes, and technology deployments.
Set up workstations, conference rooms, and specialized equipment as needed.
Maintenance & Preventive Work
Conduct routine inspections of IT equipment and infrastructure.
Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
Ensure compliance with IT standards, security policies, and operational procedures.
