【Responsibilities】1. Assist in daily retail team operations:
Support the daily management tasks of the regional retail team, including store operation data tracking, process optimization, and assisting in achieving performance targets to ensure operational efficiency.
2. Participate in retail strategy implementation:
Assist in developing retail promotion plans based on regional business objectives, follow up on the execution of new product launches, in-store promotions, and other activities, and facilitate resource allocation and performance feedback.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams:
Work with departments such as marketing and sales to support brand enhancement, channel integration projects, and contribute to the implementation of "channel + retail" business transformation.
4. Support team capability building:
Assist in developing training materials for the team, participate in onboarding programs for new employees and daily skill enhancement initiatives to foster professional growth within the team.
5. Data and feedback collection:
Compile retail operation data, analyze store performance, propose optimization suggestions, and provide foundational support for team decision-making.【Requirements】1. Graduating in 2026, with a preference for majors in Marketing, International Economics and Trade, or related fields.
2. Proficiency in French as a working language.
3. Strong logical thinking and foundational data analysis skills, with proficiency in office software such as Excel.
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong team collaboration mindset, proactive attitude, and resilience under pressure.
5. Keen interest in the retail market industry, willingness to learn and grow through hands-on experience, and openness to occasional overseas business trips.

Internship experience in FMCG/retail, overseas exchange experience, or campus team management experience.
