Zimmermann's ready-to-wear and swim and resort collections are sold through Zimmermann boutiques and high-end retailers both in Australia and internationally. We maintain stand-alone retail stores throughout Australia, EU, UK the USA and a successful online business.
We are looking for a Client Advisor full time to support our store in Taormina for 4 months (from May 2026 until end of September 2026).The successful candidate must have sales experience (essential), amazing client service skills, the ability to achieve KPI results, impeccable attention to detail and exceptional communication skills. Previous experience in luxury fashion is essential.
To be successful, you will be flexible, dynamic and eager to learn!
The successful candidate will also posses:
Previous sales experience in luxury designer fashion
Excellent client service skills and a passion for exceeding client expectations
A professional, welcoming character and presentation
High attention to detail
Knowledge of luxury fashion
Excellent organisational skills and problem-solving ability
A passion for exceeding client expectations
Ability to build ongoing rapport with clientele
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A calmness to work under pressure
English and Italian fluent
