APM MONACO is looking for a Full-Time Sales Associate on a permanent contract for its Roma store!

Responsabilità
Client Relationship
Build a relationship of trust with clients and support them over the long term.
Provide warm and attentive follow-up to encourage repeat visits.
Client Advising & In-Store Experience
Welcome, advise and accompany each client to ensure they enjoy a memorable shopping experience.
Understand clients' needs and recommend the most suitable products.
Sales Objectifs
Contribute to achieving the store's sales targets.
Highlight products and identify sales opportunities.
Stock Management
Handle restocking, organize the stockroom and take part in inventory counts.
Ensure products are available and well-presented.
Visual Merchandising
Participate in visual merchandising setups in accordance with brand guidelines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store environment.
Teamwork
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Contribute to a positive and motivating atmosphere.
