Job responsabilities
1) Business Development
Assist the Store Manager in defining and executing store-specific strategies that align with the overall business vision and objectives.
Analyze sales data, KPIs, and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making and action plan execution.
Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
Implement clienteling strategies to effectively gather and leverage client feedback, driving continuous improvement, enhancing customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term client loyalty.
2) Store Operations and Management Support
Support the Store Manager in ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations and effective floor management.
Assist in enforcing company policies and maintaining operational excellence across the store.
3) Team Management and Development
Collaborate with the Store Manager to build, lead, and develop a high-performing store team.
Coach, train, and support team members to promote professional growth and achieve store objectives.
Actively engage on the sales floor and take responsibility for developing middle management, ensuring they effectively oversee departmental operations.
