Client Advisor

Role Overview We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Client Advisor to join our boutique located in Rome, Piazza di Spagna. As part of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in providing an exceptional shopping experience, building lasting relationships with clients, and representing our brand’s values through impeccable service.

Your Contribution to the Role Provide a personalized and outstanding shopping experience to each client, embodying the values of the brand.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.

Stay up to date with the latest product offerings, trends, and brand knowledge to provide expert guidance to clients.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the boutique.

Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation, ensuring the boutique remains inviting and aligned with brand standards.

Support with stock management, ensuring that products are always available for clients, and assist in replenishing merchandise as needed.

Handle customer transactions, ensuring a smooth and professional experience at the point of sale.

Participate in store events and promotions to drive customer engagement and brand visibility.

What You Bring to the Team Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in luxury retail or fashion.

A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and an ability to build meaningful relationships.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse client base.

Goal-oriented with the ability to work well in a team environment and achieve store targets.

A keen eye for detail and an understanding of visual merchandising and store presentation.

Fluency in Italian and English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Knowledge of the luxury fashion industry, trends, and customer expectations.
