Borgo Pignano is delighted to share an opportunity for a talented and passionate BARTENDER to join our team for the 2026 season.

Borgo Pignano is a 750 acre private estate hidden away in the hills and valleys of Tuscany whose ethos is a commitment to slow food, slow living and sustainable organic farming. The estate offers two different dining concepts:
Ristorante Al Fresco, which offers an informal and relaxed dining experience with a focus on local and artisanal products, and Villa Pignano. The restaurant has been awarded a Michelin Green star and offers a sophisticated menu based on 0 KM products.

Responsibilities

Responsabilities :  Reporting to Bar Mgr

Collaborate with Bar Manager for create a new cocktails list

Describe and prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar guests.

Anticipating guest needs

Will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests

Requirements

At least 1 / 2 years in the same position in a luxury hotels and / or bar or restaurant

Comprehensive knowledge of bartending

Excellent organizational skills

Team player

Great communication skills

trong interpersonal and relationship building skills

A sharp eye for details

xcellente grooming

Excellente know lodged of english

Respect for nature and for the values that the earth represents

Driving licence and owner car
