Offer Description
Ascidians already collected and present in the laboratory, and newly collected during 2026, will be fixed for morphological analysis and determined by barcoding. Physicochemical data relating to seawater will be collected. Botrillid breeding expertise will be transferred to project partner Middle East Technical University, Institute of Marine Sciences (METU-IMS) (sampling, colony transplantation, clone creation, microscopic analysis, staging). Breeding will be set up for botryllid experiments at different temperature and salinity conditions, including colony collection, genotyping, laboratory setup, experiments under different experimental conditions, data collection, and statistical processing.

Finally, literature and laboratory data will be collected for the preparation of SDM.
