Offer Description
The PARASOLS project addresses the critical need to modernize higher education in the supply chain sector in response to global volatility and new EU sustainability mandates. By integrating resilience, sustainability, artificial intelligence, and supply chain finance, the initiative aims to establish an empirically validated 'Future Skill Concept'. First, a comprehensive literature review on skill requirements will be performed. Second, job adverts will be analyzed, mapping current skills requirements in participating countries from a professional point of view.

Third, a benchmarking study and skill mapping will analyze innovative courses from universities. The final result will be a structured "PARASOLS Skills Concept" based on a theoretical skill overview and empirically validated with academics and professionals. This roadmap will serve as a strategic guide for stakeholders by highlighting priority areas for skill development.
