Translational Bioinformatics Laboratory (TBL) at the University of Milano‑Bicocca (Milan, Italy) invites expressions of interest for the Marie Skłodowska‑Curie Postdoctoral Fellowships (MSCA PF).
The laboratory, led by Prof. Daniele Ramazzotti, focuses on computational and statistical modeling of cancer evolution and tumour‑microenvironment interactions, integrating bulk, single‑cell, and spatial transcriptomics data. It develops novel computational methods and reproducible bioinformatics pipelines for translational cancer research.
The laboratory is supported by a My First AIRC Grant from Fondazione AIRC per la Ricerca sul Cancro, providing a strong research environment and excellent opportunities for collaboration.
