Offer Description
The project aims at exploring the individual and organizational responses in highly uncertain contexts. More specifically, the project focuses on the recent Middle Eastern conflict. In this framework, the capacity to reconfigure activities, individual leadership and entrepreneurial skills are highly challenged. This topic has been scarcely studied so far, and it can provide useful insights to theory and policy making.

The selections are open to candidates, not Italian, in possession, on the date of the deadline for submitting applications for the admission to the selection, of a research doctorate (PhD) or equivalent qualification obtained abroad, or, for the sectors concerned, a medical specialization qualification. The educational qualification has to concern the research theme.
Participation Requirements
Non-Italian citizen in at least one of the following cases:

Recognized as “scholar at risk” by Scholars at Risk (SAR-status) or other recognized international organizations operating in the field [Scholar Rescue Fund (SRF) and Council for At-Risk Academics (CARA)].
Beneficiary of international protection in Italy or in a European Union member state.
Holder of refugee status in a Third Country that has signed the Geneva Convention.
Asylum seeker in Italy.

Previous research and teaching experiences in economics and management in areas related to the research project.
